With 19 years of experience in residential remodeling, property sales, and property management, Marie brings a sharp eye for design and a deep understanding of the construction process. She is equally skilled in managing small-scale projects or tackling the most complex renovations, ensuring every detail is executed with precision.

Born and raised in Chicago, Vi is a first-generation American and the daughter of Polish parents who instilled in her the importance of hard work, perseverance, and doing things right the first time. She frequently goes back to Chicago and Poland to visit family and friends. In 2014, she relocated to Arizona, where she discovered a deep appreciation for nature and the outdoors—an influence that continues to shape both her lifestyle and her design philosophy.
With a background in design and a passion for creating meaningful spaces, Vi approaches every project with thoughtfulness and creativity. She’s a strong advocate for biophilic design, integrating natural materials, textures, and light to craft interiors that feel balanced, grounded, and connected to their surroundings.
Vi believes that every home should be a true reflection of the people who live in it. She carefully curates each design to align with her clients’ unique lifestyles and aesthetics, blending function with beauty to create spaces that feel effortlessly personal. Her approachable nature, attention to detail, and genuine care for her clients’ vision are evident in every project she takes on.
When she’s not designing, Vi enjoys camping, hiking, and spending quiet evenings at home with her fiancée and their dogs. Whether she’s exploring the outdoors or working on a new space, Vi finds constant inspiration in the connection between people, nature, and design.
