Step 1 | Consultation
Every project begins with a personal consultation at your space, where we take the time to understand your vision, needs, and goals. During this meeting, we gather all the details necessary to provide an accurate initial estimate, giving you a clear picture of what your project may require in terms of time, budget, and scope.
After you receive the estimate, we remain available to answer any questions and provide guidance, ensuring you feel confident and informed before moving on to the next step.
Step 2 | Planning + Design
Once you’ve decided to move forward, we begin the planning and design phase. This may include drafting architectural plans, securing permits if required, and providing interior design services if you don’t already have a designer. If you already have a clear vision, our team will at minimum create detailed construction documents and 3D CAD renderings for your review and approval. This ensures that everyone is aligned on the design, eliminating miscommunication and setting the stage for a smooth, successful build.
Step 3 | Build
With all plans and approvals in place, we move into the build phase. We provide a detailed schedule you can rely on, keeping every milestone transparent and predictable. For residential projects, we understand that timelines can be especially sensitive—many homeowners may need to temporarily relocate—so we approach each project with the utmost respect for your time and investment. For commercial clients, we recognize that time is money, and we work diligently to keep the project moving efficiently without ever compromising quality or integrity.
