After you receive the estimate, we remain available to answer any questions and provide guidance, ensuring you feel confident and informed before moving on to the next step.
Step 2 | Planning + Design
After you decide to move forward, we transition into the planning phase. This stage may require completed architectural plans, design selections, and any necessary permitting. While these services are not included in our general contracting scope, we can connect you with trusted architects and interior designers if needed.
Once your plans and design are finalized, we step in to prepare detailed construction documentation and coordinate the build. This process ensures clarity from the start, helping avoid surprises and keeping your project on track.
Step 3 | Build
With all plans and approvals in place, we move into the build phase. We provide a detailed schedule you can rely on, keeping every milestone transparent and predictable. For residential projects, we understand that timelines can be especially sensitive - many homeowners may need to temporarily relocate - so we approach each project with the utmost respect for your time and investment. For commercial clients, we recognize that time is money, and we work diligently to keep the project moving efficiently without ever compromising quality or integrity.
